Seafood cold room is applied to store water horticulture and seafood etc. The low temperature or ultra low temperature greatly decrease the activity of all kinds of  bacteria and micro organism and limit their growing and keep the freshness of fish and seafood.

Different type seafood cold room`s temperature varies but often ranges from -5 till -30 degrees Celsius.

Seafood cold room

As per storage time range, its temperature setting varies too,

①-5 ~ -12℃ cold room, used for temporary turnaround and trading of seafood. Usually 1-2 days, otherwise it shall be transferred to quick-frozen cold room.

②-15 ~ -20℃ cold room, used for long-term storing of seafood juct come from quick-frozen cold room, usually store time from 1-180 days.

③the above 2 types cold room are common, there is also -60~--45℃ freezer room for storing tuna etc..

2. Seafood blast freezer cold room

The seafood blast freezer cold room is used to quickly freeze fish and seafood to keep freshness thus gaining a favorable price for them, usually takes 5-8 hours and ranges from -25 ~ -30℃, and transferred to -15 ~ -20℃ seafood cold room for long keeping.
